Lifeguard Training Class

The American Red Cross Lifeguarding course is designed to provide entry-level lifeguards with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care until EMS personnel arrive. The American Red Cross Lifeguard Training course is the most widely recognized and accepted lifeguard certification across the continental United States. Upon successful completion, participants receive Certiontifica cards in: Lifeguarding with CPR/AED/First Aid for the Professional Rescuer valid for 2 years.
