Cancellation Policy

Superior Aquatic Training has a clear absence and makeup policy designed to accommodate occasional missed classes while maintaining structured learning for all students. Absence & Makeup Policy Makeup Classes: Students are permitted to schedule one makeup class per month. This makeup must be used within 30 days of the missed class. No Advance Notice Required: If your child will miss a class, there's no need to notify the school in advance. You can simply schedule a makeup session afterward. Scheduling Makeups: Makeup classes are subject to availability and may not be with the same instructor or at the same time as the regular class. To maintain class quality, back-to-back makeup classes are not permitted. No Refunds or Prorated Tuition: Missed classes do not result in tuition refunds or adjustments.
